Yoga techniques build a strong body from which one can transition into more advanced stages, including a diversity of exercises and modifications to suit a range of difficulties, from beginner to advanced. Aerial Lite: Appropriate for Beginners but also the experienced as a refresh course, this class focuses on laying the foundation of Aerial Yoga for quality and safety of movement. New participants are required to take this foundational class at least 3 times before moving on to other Aerial classes.


Aerial Pump: This class focuses on training strength utilizing bodyweight and the silk for bigger range of motion. The aerial weight-training is balanced out with a stretches in and out of the hammock, concluding with a serene relaxation in the hammock.


Aerial Heights: This class is perfect for the acrobat lovers. Focusing on stability, strength, and balance, we spend most of class time in the hammock, or on the silk off the ground. Participants should have good body awareness and be comfortable with aerial motion.
